Invisibility Cloak "Feasible Now"

In the movie Harry Potter, Harry receives an invisibility cloak. He and his friends proceed to sneak into secret areas and get around without being seen. Now everyone who has dreamed of said scenario are tempted with the possibility. Ulf Leonhardt says that the research has been going on for quite awhile. Apparently, the possibility is based on the bending geometry of space, so that the light doesn't hit the object.
