Thanksgiving supersized by science

A look back at how turkeys, corn, and potatoes have changed over the years as a result of breeding and genetic engineering. Today's turkeys are dramatically bigger, today's corn is much sweeter (but less creamy), and today's potatoes are much starchier than even those from the 1970s, much less the 1770s.
