European Union Agrees to New Emissions Reduction Plan

Cutely titled "20/20/20 by 2020", the European Union's new plan to fight global warming was recently announced. Unfortunately, according to many scientists in the EU and the US, the measures will not bring about enough of a reduction in carbon emissions to really mitigate the worst effects of global warming. Nonetheless, at least measures are being taken.
